If looks are to be considered Sony SmartEye Glasses stand nowhere nearby against Google Glass, while Sony SmartEye looks like a span of unmanageable 3D eyeglasses, Google Glass looks like normal wired frame. Bulky and unstylish, a Sony Smart EyeGlass doesn’t look better than Google Glass.
Unlike Google Glass, a controls aren’t on a eyeglasses themselves. In Sony SmartEye a user can control it with a remote while Google Glass have controls on its glass itself.
SmartEye (77g) is also heavier than Google Glass (50g). Also Google Glass can record 720p HD Video while SmartEye only has VGA Camera.

Cost: Google Glass is available for $1,500. However, there is no news on how much will Sony SmartEye will cost.
