In this image you can see that sky colored circle on the dates. When you click on these circled date it will take you to the snapshot of the website which was taken on that particular date. Even if you have redesigned your website you can use Wayback Machine to see the old look. This tool has helped me many times at my work. Thanks to this!

  • I was expecting duckduckgo in the list but actually it made it to the place above the list! Just after reading this post I tried out Smashfuse. It was really nice and effective. Especially for the fact that it searches social media making it something unique.

I have tried WayBack Machine some time back too. I used it to find the changes in Google and Facebook home pages for an article.

Thanks for the information about all these search engines Atish bhaiya.

    • Duckduck is famous search engine bro. I have made a list of SEs which are not famous but we should know about these. Wayback machine is one engine which I have been using since 2011.

Thanks for coming by Mahaveer. Keep coming.

  • Apart from submitting urls to these other search engines, I don’t think they play any significant role in searches. Google and Bing are the ultimate search engines. Others retrieve the search they make from the top ones!

I have left this comment in kingged.com – the content syndication and social marketing platform for Internet marketers, where this post was shared.

  • Social Search Engines are very popular with us now days, not like before we would go to the library and stay there for a very long time till we get what we are searching for.

Today we just enjoy going to the library to read books, history and reminisce (but we can now do this online too), while search engines do all the research for us, from a students homework and project, workers, bloggers, you name it search engines got almost everything for you, from one country to another, language by language, it’s so fascinating.

I haven’t heard of these search engines before, but It looks like I must try them out.

    Thanks for posting!

    • Social media is the current and future trend so these search engines will grow more and will have more significance with time. Thanks for sharing your views over here Ann.
