How to Download Videos from these Websites?

Perhaps, you like a particular video on any of the most popular video sharing websites listed above but you don’t know how to do it. Well, there are 3 ways for you to download such things.

1. Using an Add-On

Video DownloadHelper

It provides the easiest way to download & convert the web videos coming from the different video sharing sites today. This is an add-on for Mozilla and it works well with audio and photo galleries. To use it, you just need to surf the internet and when this add-on finds out that it could do something just for you then its icon will become animated and the menu will let you download the files and it can be done by simply clicking the item. For example, if you visit YouTube, you can download a video straight from the file system that you use. This add-on is also good to use for other video sharing sites such as DailyMotion.

2. Using Online Downloading Services

The other way is to use the online downloading services available. This pertains to the videos downloaders that are widely offered in the web today. These are the following:

Keepvid

It is one of the most reliable video downloaders that you can use today. This is a website where you can download stream videos that you like. All you have to do is entering the link of that video and press the download button. The process may take some minutes and when the downloading process is over, you can start playing the video right away.

Savevid

This is the website and a tool that can provide you the chance to download videos coming from all popular video sharing sites. It supports some video file formats such as WMV, MPG, FLV, AVI and MOV.

Zamzar

It is a video file converter and downloader. This one is also easy to use giving you the chance to enjoy the video you desire to watch right away. The converting and downloading processes of it work faster.

3. Using A YouTube Video Downloader

Are there any PC softwares to do so? Just like KeepVid provides a Chrome Extension or any video downloads other than YouTube Downloader which downloads all the Video sharing videos?

Hello; I just found out about your blog through a post on sue neil’s site write clever where she mentioned you as a blogger she respects and admires. I liked this post. I help people sell amusement equipment and related items. Often people send me links to videos of their equipment hosted on youtube. For a while now i have been embedding their videos into a page and then linking that to their listing. However, with so browsers this doesn’t work. Also using the embed means there is no auto load of the video. so as a blind computer user running a mac with apple’s screen reader named voiceover. I loved the post but which of these do you think would be the easiest for me to use. It would be helpful if the site doesn’t have a lot of graphics or use flash. and of course any programs would have to be available in a mac version. I’ll appreciate any advice you can give me to save me time and frustration on finding which one of these methods will work best. Thanks for the post and take care, max
