HTC Vigor will be the next cell phone from HTC. It is not announced officially but Tectricksworld brought the specification of this latest cell phone.
This is again a 3G cell phone from HTC. It will work with both 2G and 3G networks. In 2G network it works with bands GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 and in 3G it work with the HSDPA band.
It has 4.3 inches capacitive touchscreen with 16m colors abd having 720 x 1280 pixels of resolution. The display is enhanced with few nice features such as auto-rotate, auto turn off, gyro sensor and HTC Sense v3.5 UI.
It has 3 alert types such as Vibration, MP3 and ringtones. Again good news for all the music lovers because this cell phone has got 3.5mm jack.
HTC Vigor has unlimited storage for contacts and call records. It also has a microSD which can be extended up to 32 GB.
It has all the latest features for connectivity such as GPRS, EDGE, 3G(HSDPA, HSUPA), Bluetooth(Yes, v3.0 with A2DP) and USB(Yes, microUSB v2.0).
It has amazing 8 mega pixels camera with 3264×2448 pixels of resolution. The camera has few nice features such as autofocus, Dual-led flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, image stabilization, face detection and instant capture. The camera can record videos too at 1080p@30fps with stereo sound recording. There is a secondary camera too for video calling.
HTC Vigor is proudly powered by Android OS. One of the fastest version of Android, Gingerbread is running behind this cell phone. It has 1.5 GHz dual-core processor which makes this phone respond faster. There are lots more features of this cell phone such as GPS, Java MIDP emulator and many more…

I heard that the Vigor it was supposed to replace the Thunderbolt. How are they trying to replace a 4G phone with a 3G phone? I’ve been holding on to my OG Droid in anticipation, very disappointing news..

I applaud verizon and hope they get this device nobody beats HTC period…They need to replace the thunderbolt which was not worht 250 when it came out in Jan/Feb of 2011 with old 2010 specs that was not much better than the evo 4g I had. Regardless of anything the BEST HTC DEVICE will always be on SPRINT the best android network this side of the world………

Awesome phone… I love its big screen and also camera features. Those are really effective and attractive. HTC vigor looks great phone…
